Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through 2 phone screens and a super-day. They brought me back to meet with the head MD - he wasn't there so they had me meet with 4 analysts and associates. They brought me back again to meet with the head MD. Then they brought me back again to do a case presentation. After all that, I never heard a response at all. A lot of effort to get to Stamford, don't waste your time.
The Leveraged finance group is understaffed (very few analysts, and some seemed like assholes), has no business structure in place, and all the people complained about copious amounts of repetitive paperwork. Coming from a BB, this was a backup, glad i didn't hear back
