Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview is by phone. Basic questions going over your story, achievements in school, clubs you're interested in etc. Mostly all fit. I didn't have any technical questions despite being a finance major. Next round was a superday at the office. There were about six candidates brought in that day for two roles. Interviews consisted of 1 on 1 30 minute sessions with about 5 different people, ranging from analysts to MDs. Mostly going through your resume, why RBS, why DCM, some basic technicals such as walk me through a DCF, how do you calculate WACC, how do you calculate FCF. No questions on debt surprisingly.
