Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by an employee for an opening in the LevFin team so my initial contact was with the group's hiring manager who invited me for coffee and what seemed to be a "make sure he is not a total idiot" conversation. I was then invited to their Boston office for a super day which consisted of 6 1 on 1 interviews covering qualitative / quantitative / fit / culture / why us and this group basic questions. I heard back after a week that they wanted me to meet the group in the Stamford office as well (second super day was 2 weeks after the first). This consisted of a case study - given 25 minutes to prep and the quizzed on it by two interviewers, and more 1 on 1 interviews. I received an email later that night for the "final round" which consisted of a phone call with the head of the group the following week.
