1st round: Hirevue with standard behavioral questions (TMAY, tell me when you had to manage tight deadlines, etc.).
2nd round: Virtual interview with two 1st year analysts. There were many resume questions about my previous deal experience during my internships (Boutique IB and PE) and one major technical question: "What makes a good LBO candidate?". The other questions were mostly about fit ("Why Boston, and what do you like to do for fun?").
3rd round: Virtual Superday with a total of three 20-minute interview sessions in the span of three hours. One session about cultural fit (why IB, why Boston, what you do not like about High Finance), but this time with associates. One behavioral/Situational session with two associates and a director (Tell me about the hardest class you have taken in college, Tell me about a time you had to be a leader, tell me about a time you made a mistake, and what did you learn from it?). A final session was completely technical: "Walk from revenue to unleveled FCF, how does a 10 dollar depreciation increase affect the three financial statements, why would a company choose to issue an HY security vs. a TLA?
