CCAR Quantitative Analyst

Met with HR for a 30 min consultation first. Just career goals and why City National. Those type of typical questions. The first session went over time. Then every session became late from there. Met with group head one on one, then met with two other teammembers. Very poorly organized. The group head was a very kind and intelligent guy. Seems very approachable and likable. However, one group member (older) was very aggressive and seemed like his only mission was to find a question I couldn't answer. It was more of a horse race than an interview. Very very unpleasant.
