The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Was contacted by their HR/ Office personal and the following week I was chatting with an Associate and VP
Interview Questions
Questions from the associate centered around why Lower Middle Market Private Equity and why their firm / Verticals. They were looking to fill spots for 2020 and 2019 classes of thier Pre-MBA. The interview questions surrounded my deal experience and several traditional technical question like walk me through Free Cash Flow, DCF and then a returns calculation. I moved on to a phone call with a Vice President and asked some of the same deal questions and then given a short case study question to answer.

Interview
They found my resume through the PE Association of Chicago resume book. I got an email to schedule a phone interview with an associate. That was followed by two separate in-office interviews with VPs around 45 - 60 minutes each. Didn't do very well on the last interview at which point I got cut.

All of my interview consisted of mini case studies, accounting questions, and the usual tell me about yourself.

The people I talked to seemed "brainer" than at other PE firms. They definitely take a more consulting approach to diligence.
Interview Questions
There were many case studies where they would walk you through a company and you were expected to talk about investment highlights, risk, grow opps etc..
