The Interview Experience is a score from 1 star (very negative) to 5 stars (very positive) generated based on the Interview Insights at this company.

The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Participated in ACG case competition, which was used as a guide to determine qualified candidates for interviews. Non-participants in ACG case competition or similar have to have investment banking experience for associate consideration.
Analyst candidates should have investment banking internship experience or have a contact with group as a reference in addition to a minimum of 3.5 GPA from tier 1 or 2 school.
Interview Questions
If I was a tree, what kind of tree would I be and why? This question is generally used by a managing director to determine if they want to continue to talk to a candidate. Other managing directors are more interested in finding out about the candidate and their interest/ties to Milwaukee/Wisconsin.
Most associates and vice presidents generally ask fit questions and want to get to know the candidate as a person and if they conducted research on the firm and past deals. Very laid back group of bankers who aren't looking to throw curveball questions.
