Interviewed through Dec 2024-Jan 2025. The recruiting sequence is an online iq/personality test, a phone behavioral screen, a research (cold calling) project, and a superday with ~8 behavioral interviews and a stock pitch.
CRC specializes in "channel research", which is developing contacts in an industry and using these contacts to make a directional earnings projection. This is important to understand and connect with in the interviews.
My impression is that the firm cares more about your "cultural" fit and less about technical skills.
