Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pertaining to the second round interview specifically, it called "channel research". You are given 2 hours and 50 phone numbers to retail stores (mine was a beauty chain). You are basically cold calling to gather more information that is not public and make a stock pitch based on this. Directly after this, you are on a call with a recruiter and associate to explain what you found and if the company is a buy or sell. The associate will start with really high level questions like "what did you learn", and then they get more granular.
