Interview Questions
"Commercial real estate puts a heavy emphasis on local relationship building and taking an active part in the community. Why are you the best person to carry our brand?"

I informed my interviewer how I planned to become a part of the community by taking part in a number of organizations, such as my synagogue and local volunteer/social groups. To become better acquainted with the market and be able to talk like a local, I also walked every office building in the city over 50,000 sf. My success in this position hinged on my ability to build relationships with tenants/landlords
