The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Had a number of one-on-one interviews with members of the team and HR. Took three rounds of interviews, all of which were 30 min in length.
Interview Questions
Interview questions were for the most part extremely easy and behavioral. Had to know the basics of mutual funds (open vs. closed, NAV) but nothing beyondthe surface. Rest involved personal questions based on experience and skills. Focused mainly on detail oriented and excel questions, as well as information about the company (do you know what Cohen & Steers does? where are the offices?). Overall very easy and not difficult to study for. Required only 30 min to an hour of preparation and didn't go beyond basic interview.
