If you are selected to interview you will first be given a numerical reasoning test. If you pass the test you get an interview with HR. HR interview is purely behavioral. Once you pass that you will get an easy LBO modeling test following by interviews with interviews with the associates and partners.
Interview Questions
There were no technicals. The main difficulty is the LBO modeling test. It's 1.5h to create an LBO model and 1pg investment thesis write up.

Had 4 rounds of which 1 was on campus and the other 3 in their office. The office interviews were all back to back on the same day. Given I had a technical background, I was not asked a lot of technical questions.

1. How does Limited Partner math work?
2. How do General Partners and Limited Partners make money?
3. How is carry computed?
4. How would you decide to invest in a Limited Partner led deal versus a General Partner led deal? What are the differences and how would you evaluate either?
5. They also asked me about me education background, more about the secondaries industry, my prior work experience in direct private equity, etc.
