Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very straightforward "personality" interview, that is easy to obtain if you know anyone at Colliers, and difficult to obtain if you are an outsider. Assuming you are somewhat competent in regards to CRE, I would highly recommend you be vocal about your interests. Support your points, and if you are looking to leave with an offer at the end of summer, be adamant that you don't want to spend anytime in the research department.
