First round was with a business analyst to gauge the interest in the firm. Second round was a case study that consists of a public comps exercise and to make 1 company profile. After that is the offer stage.
Interview Questions
The case study could be a little tricky for a sophomore. The BD analyst asked about a deal that I found interesting on the website. However, no other technical questions were asked.

Interview
First round was a call with an analyst. Mostly behavioral (why ComCap LLC, why this industry) with a couple very easy technicals (Walk me through a DCF, etc.). 8hr modeling test, Comps, DCF, Precedents, Powerpoint presentation with M&A discussion/suggestions. Third-round would have been multiple calls with team members, and a last call with some MDs. Pretty standard, want to make sure you can model because it is a remote job position.
Interview Questions
Nothing very difficult besides the 8Hr modeling test. DCF was easy, make sure you know Comps and precedents and be able to provide a good explanation for the powerpoint part (M&A suggestions)

Lastly, I completed a low-pressure modeling task on a call and was given an offer.
