Interview
Recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. consisted of only personality/non-technical situation questions. after that recruiter set up an interview in person.
Interview Questions
Explain why you enrolled at (insert university name here). Honestly, you had two interviews, each with two different people of the team. Explain your resume, then they would explain their background. then they went over each part of the position, the daily life of the analyst, what to expect, how the role fits into the largest scheme of the company. there were no technical questions, the interview was really laid back and more of a "how will you fit with the firm" type of interview. they did, however, go over your answers to the initial phone interview

Interview
Applied online, got a call from recruiter a week or two later. Had a phone screening then came in for small "superday" with a handful of other candidates. Interviewed with five people over the course of 2 hours. Received a call with an offer a couple days later.
Interview Questions
Lots of typical questions like why do you want to get into banking and what experiences do you have that would help you to do the role, but a few technical questions tossed in. Some were more simple - how do banks make money, what is WACC. Also asked a few excel questions - what formula would you use for this situation. Moved into a few questions more related to corporate treasury specifically - what is the role of corporate treasury within a bank, and how is this different from corporate treasury at a non-financial institution.

Interview
Started with a phone call from one of the recruiters, then a meeting for OCR. Then a "super day" type feel for 3 hours where you met 6-8 people, intervewing 1-2 people at a time. Very laid back interviews, wanted to learn more about why you're interested in banks, why corporate finance. Zero technicals, they mostly wanted to see if you're interested, could fit into their laid-back culture and talk sports with them. Pay was fairly low, but vacation time is great, and I negotiated for a signing bonus. They said hair follicle drug test, but it ended up being a urine one when I got to the clinic.
Interview Questions
Walk me through your background, strengths/weaknesses, why commercial banking, how strong are your excel skills? What's your favorite sports teams? What was your favorite spring break trip? Any questions for us?

Overall, incredibly laid back interview for every round. I had a story that showed why I was interested in corporate finance and banks. Basically I said I was interested because "the rotation program seemed like good exposure into how a large corporation runs from a financial perspective, and banks are the backbone of the economy."
