First round was a phone interview with some very basic accounting technicals with a HR recruiter. The second round was a super day that lasted 4 hours (4 interviews). Three of those interviews are behavioral and fit type interviews with senior members of the bank. One of the interviews is a one-hour accounting technical interview. The technical questions are very accounting focused because the position has an emphasis on Credit Analysis.
