The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
This position was for a credit analyst.

Entirely fit. No technical questions. They simply said they would train me.
Interview Questions
There were honestly none.

I was most unexpected by the fact that I was rarely even asked about under grad. They just wanted me there it seemed like. It was a little bit of a turn off to be clear.

The thing is, I had a friend who worked there. I met with the President, the vice president, and the assistant lender. Overall, a great experience and I would not mind if more interviews were like this.

They did however ask me if I would be ok with $40k salary and explained the structure of it to me.

Interview
Reached out to the CFO through a connection. He put me in contact with HR who accepted me for an in-person interview. Lasted 30 min, received offer about a week later. Great Experience. Accepted. Great Culture
Interview Questions
Mostly cultural and fit questions. Few about coursework and how it could apply. Overall not technical and mostly just want to see that you could contribute and work well on a team. They asked specifics about walking through the resume so you have to have your life story down pretty well, definitely something you should know and not have to stutter through. Also, wanted to see that you were empowered and were willing to take on extra projects outside of your comfort zone as well as contribute on things without being asked. Also asked specifics about the company and what you knew/why you wanted to work for them.

Interview
Employee referral led to an interview. In the interview, they explained the different divisions and what we would be doing. We would be shadowing the other employees and rotating to different divisions during the summer. They have credit, treasury, client services, and investment management. After the interview, they select who they want. No technical questions

Tell me about yourself. Give me your elevator pitch. Why should I hire you versus someone else? What are your skills and abilities?
