Commodus is an owner-led investment firm with focus on real estate. With offices in Berlin and Munich Commodus focuses on investment opportunities, that afford an entrepreneurial approach to value creation in commercial real estate, predominantly office. Commodus develops unique concepts for each of its assets to realize their full potential. Such concepts can include solutions to asset-specific problems, such as tenant structure or refurbishment backlog, or issues arising out of the historical ownership structure. Once stabilised Commodus exits its investments in structured processes at the right time to generate optimum returns for its investors.
