Application began with CV/cover letter/writing sample submission. First round consists of a 30min numerical test (GMAT style, very time constrained), a 30 min verbal reasoning test (very simple for native English speakers), followed by a 30 minute casual interview with a member of staff. The interview portion in this first stage only asks industry awareness (what do we do here?) and motivation questions.
