Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview started off with a phone call, it went well and at the end he said that I had a second round and that they would reach out to me in a week. They did and I had another interview the week after that. The first part was with 3 analysts, the second was a case study with an associate, and the last part was a chat with one of the principals. Everyone was very encouraging and supportive. The called me a week later and offered the job.
