First round interview consisted of numerical/verbal reasoning tests similar to that for GMAT, and a 1-1 interview with an analyst. This was mainly behavioural questions and why this company/industry.
Second round interview consisted of a case study, including a written report, and a 1-1 interview with a senior economist/VP. This interview varies by interviewer, and would consist on some technical questions.
