Please describe the interview / hiring process.
For Madrid office, they contacted me through my master program. I applied online for the summer intern position. Then, they invited me for 1-1 interview with an economist in Madrid office. We talked about my background and the person asked me to answer a simple case question. After 10 days, they sent me an offer for the intern position.
