Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Interview process consisted of 2 interviews, with the first one being online and second one in person. First one was more motivational based, covering why I am interested in LNG, why the company and then a brief overview of technical skills and hobbies.
Final in person round involved further competency questions, involving my knowledge of LNG as well as a scenario based question that involved basic macroeconomic knowledge, so I would suggest brushing up on basic A level Economics concepts if needed. They then took me on a tour of their lovely office, where everyone was very friendly, and I will say the interviewers throughout were extremely friendly, and the culture of the whole office seemed great from my initial impressions.
