Constellation is one of the most traditional equity managers in Brazil with one of the few portfolio managers team in the country with more than 25 years of experience in managing Brazilian Public Equities. The company was founded in 1998 to manage Long Only and Long Biased strategies with a fundamental bias investment approach. Constellation is structured as a partnership and its main shareholders are the executives who work at the company. Apart from the executives, the company has as minority shareholders Jorge Paulo Lemann (one of the most successful businessman in Brazil) and Lone Pine Capital, the latter of which is considered a successful equity fund in the US. Our funds have AUM of more than USD 2 bn, being 65% from institutional investors such as Endowments, Foundations, Insurance Companies and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
