Received interview after cold-emailing several MDs in the firm.

First interview consisted for phone interview with VP. Very laid-back person. Few technical questions as well as 1 brain teaser. Lasted about 30 minutes.

Second interview consisted of several back to back Skype interviews with different MDs in the firm. Lasted about 2 and a half hours.

When a comparable company does not follow the calendar year for its public reporting, what adjustment must you make when doing a comparable company analysis in order to properly value the firm in question?
Similar to calculating the LTM values, take the numbers from the previous year and add them up by quarter, so the multiples match the other comparable company multiples.
