Interview
Received an interview with HR through an employee referral. HR interview was pretty straightforward (why this position/company/relevant experience etc.). Immediately followed up with a personality and IQ test to be completed within the next few days.
Interview Questions
The questions were all behavioral. No technical questions in the beginning, at least as far as I'm concerned. Need to have a solid story on why you're interested in the position (and in my case, why the transition from consulting to real estate), and the relevant skill set I have. I heard through my friend that the in-person interview is a multiple short 1-1 interviews with the team where they ask rapid-fire questions about your background, experience, what you know about the company, etc. (but mostly behavioral).
