Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got a call from a friend who said they were looking for someone. I called and got an interview by phone and then met with the group head for breakfast. Then I had 2 in office interviews, each about a hour. I had a dinner interview. Two weeks later, the group head called and said that they hired someone else.
