The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was contacted quite quickly after applying for the position and was interviewed by the same senior manager from start to finish. First interview was a typical competency based interview - questions varied from giving workplace examples of times "where you asked others for advice" or "when you built a successful working relationship" using the "STAR" technique. Manager was very friendly, understanding, and relaxed. The following interview was a Technical interview that lasted 2 hours long and involved an invigilated writing assessment where we got given a sample investment proposal and were asked a few questions relating to the suitability of the proposal, the client's portfolio, and associated risks.

Manager replied extremely quickly and informed me of success in the interviews within 24 hours.
Interview Questions
Most questions were quite standard interview questions. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary.

Interview
This was an assessment centre at the end of a spring week, for the summer analyst position the following year.
The first task was a group case study, with 2 other candidates - we were tasked with choosing venture capitalist and investors to target for a hypothetical challenger bank. I performed fairly well in this task.
The second task was a written task. Essentially, I had to read a brief on the challenges facing an internet-based bank and was tasked to come up with recommendations to solve their problems based on what I read. I found this challenging due to time constraints.
The third task was a mock client meeting. I was tasked to meet a hypothetical social media influencer who just recently acquired some wealth, build a relationship with them and gauge their financial situation in order to come up with recommendations. This was one of my favourite sections, as relationship management really interests me
The final section was a 1 on 1 competency-based interview. It was not too challenging as I had prepared before hand.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question I was asked was to name a time I had to give someone negative feedback, how I handled it and what the result was. This was a difficult question because I couldn't remember any time I had given someone a negative review. I thought for some time but decided to ask the interviewer for a different question
The second hardest interview question was to name a time I had come up with an idea, what problems did it aim to solve and what were the results. This was difficult because I had 2 answers but was unsure which would be best.
