2nd Year Analyst

Applied on Monster.com for an anonymous opportunity and got a call from a head hunter the next day. Went into the interview within the same week, first met with the director of HR, asked me several background/work eligibility questions as well as fit, and how compensation works in the firm. Then met up with three people of the group (analyst, associate, and managing director) for three 1-on-1 sessions, each of which last for about 30 minutes. My background was a great fit to the team, no technical questions asked, mainly cultural/fit. Came out the interview feeling great, got the offer within that same week.
