Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Direct Superday consisting of 4 2 on 1 interviews. Very conversational, mainly trying to gauge genuine interest in firm and IB. Very focused on culture and whether you would be a good fit. Recruiter and interviewers all very nice -- pretty typical technicals and some brain teasers. Exit interview with HR where they gave you the interviewers feedback, all very helpful.
