investment banking summer analyst TMT

I got the referral through employee and the HR set up a brief phone chat to speak about my interest. Then, I spoke with a junior analyst and it was behavioral - how did you find out about the role, why investment banking, past work experience, why your major etc. very easy going. The next interview was with the SVP who asked basic technical questions, e.g. how are three financial statements related, how would $10 depreciation flow through the financial statement etc. HR was very quick about following up. I heard back very quickly about arranging a superday. I ended up a competing offer so didn't end up going through with superday, but overall pleasant experience. Cowen is very strong team.
