Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first applied online and did not network. Only 1 alumni went to Cowen and he was my first round interviewer. First, the HR people are really nice and make you schedule your availability through an online calendar. My first round and second rounds were on Zoom and were behavioral and technical, respectively. For my first round, it was super casual and it was really a conversation more than an interviewer. Easy pass to the second round.
