Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very fit based. Only received a couple of easy technicals during the first interview on campus which was with a 2 yr analyst alumni and the head of HR. The next interview was a 30 minutes phone with a Associate in the healthcare group as I expressed interested in that division. They flew 4 of us out for the Superday and gave 2 offers. Superday was essentially all fit questions. Why healthcare? Why IB? Why San Fransisco? Why Cowen? By far the most enjoyable interview process I have gone through. Accepted the offer the following Monday.
