Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of phone screens with several members of the coverage team. These were mildly technical in nature, but I felt they were used to assess intelligence and interest in banking. After the phone screens, a superday in San Francisco involved interviews with many individuals within the team, mostly analysts but I also interviewed with a VP and director. The analysts were much more technical in their interviews, with some in depth questions.
