Emailed lots of potential places, this one got back because the associate went to my grad school program, He called me and asked me a few questions. Then they flew me up for a super day the following week. I interviewed with the whole team that was there one at a time (4 people) then received an offer that night when I got back home. They were a bit behind and needed to pick someone quickly.
The interview was 90% fit, asking questions about why I wanted to be there, and what interested me about the consumer sector. More technical stuff included WACC concepts, the other main question was walking through the 3 financial statements including how one item affected the three.
