Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After they have received my resume I was invited briefly afterwards. I met with the 3 bankers and the COO of the division. The three bankers were all senior guys which showed that they took the interview serious.
The interview was fair, balanced and more like a conversations about their goals and my goals. Everything very reasonable.
