Interview
A recruiter contacted me via phone about a possible job opening at a different company (Cox). I talked to her more about the position and what it entails and after I decided I wanted to pursue it I was connected with the Director. The Director initiated a phone interview asking mostly fit questions. After passing that round I was invited to do a group interview with the Director and 4 managers. They asked me fit questions and questions about economic trends. After that I was called back to meet with executives and have a 1 on 1.

Overall the process took about 6 weeks. The people were extremely intelligent about the business as well as the industry. They asked questions to see how you thought, not questions to see if you mess up or not. It was less brain teasers and more: if I give you access to these data sets, and this report, what can you tell the CEO.

The culture is very laid back but expectations are high.
