Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Application after initial contact of a headhunter over LinkedIn only with CV. Following a few telephone interviews with the headhunter mainly over motivation and previous internship experiences and an maths/analytical test, first round interviews with two Associates from Private Credit and Infrastructure teams were conducted in the London office. Last round consist of 4 interviews with professionals ranging from Associate to VP and Principle across all investment teams.
