Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The firm conducted its 8 minute/80 questions test on campus during career fair. They called us in for a first round interview the next day which had 30 minutes of technical and behavioral questions. Called in for the super day next week with more interviews, interaction with senior management, market making game and a dinner. Enjoyable interviewing experience.
