Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Obtained the interview via on campus recruiting. One on one on campus interview followed by 5 one on one interviews at the New York office. Much more of a behavioral / fit style interview. One technical question that was slightly different than others. This involved a dividend recap model. Not expected during a IBD interview. Overall fairly relaxed interview for a IBD position
