Interviews at the end of the IBD Spring Programme for potential direct offers for summer analyst positions.
1-on-1 interview with an ED/VP from a coverage team (had no connection to the particular region). Mostly business knowledge style questions, asking how I found the spring week, etc. A bit of in depth questions on particular companies and valuation methodologies, but no significant pressure or tough technicals. Some competency questions.
Group task involved being split into two teams of roughly 10 each, building an office for GS out of materials and presenting it to HR and one IBD rep.
