Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is 2 video calls with associates on the team and is a split of 50% behaviourial questions and 50% technical questions. Mostly focused on investing logic. Final round is a series of interviews with 1 or 2 principals/associates each interview. Heavier focus on prior work experience and investing knowledge.
