Summer Analyst

First round consisted of a 30 minute long phone screen, asking basic behavioral/motivational questions- very boilerplate. A couple weeks later I was invited to the office of the recruitment firm handling the process, Dartmouth Partners, for a 1 hour long interview, which included a somewhat odd 10 minute-long numerical test (very akin to the McKinsey PST numerical questions). Had two 30 minute interviews asking motivational questions, investment ideas, questions on the market etc. Heard back a couple of weeks later that I didn't process to the final stage which would have been conducted by CPPIB themselves.
