Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process involved an online application through the company website, an on campus info session/networking event. First round was over the phone with the option of doing it in Toronto. Was comprised of technicals/brainteasers/behaviorals/investing/markets questions. 48 hours before the final round was a take-home case study with a financial modeling component. Final round was 3 interviews, one with HR, one covering the case study, and another classic finance interview.
