Initially applied online on the Dartmouth Partners jobs page.
1st Stage: 15/30min phone interview to casually screen the candidate, 100% 'fit' questions - Very easy
2nd Stage: Go into the Darmouth offices for 2-1 interview with the hiring managers for CPPIB - Was given a 10/15min (can't remember the exact time) math test. Then conducted a 1-hour interview on CPPIB, investments ideas, the market, my background and motivations
Didn't pass the 2nd round but the final round was an AC conducted by CPPIB themselves, which was further interviews and tests.
