Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Straightforward IB interview process:
Secured formal interview via networking internally through referrals from school alums.
1st Round Phone Interview:
Behavioral interview to determine fit. Standard airport test and cultural fit.
2nd Round Phone Interview:
Technical interview to test accounting knowledge. Straight-forward technicals. No curveballs.
3rd Round Super Day On-Site:
Interviewed with three separate employees from varying levels of the company across different groups, product and coverage. Interviews are both behavioral and technical.
A week after the third round I was notified by HR in December that I received an offer for their Summer Associate class.
I accepted the offer within the week.
