Interview
I submitted my application online and follow up with emails to one of the associates. I had an informational call with him and then was given an interview a couple of weeks after.

The interview consisted of submitting a past model/presentation you had worked on and then very light technical skills such as walk me through the 3 statements and other basic questions. Most of it was behavioral.
Interview Questions
This was by far one of the easiest interviews with very little technical questions so the most difficult would be when the interviewer asked me to pitch a stock to him.

This was a fairly basic question but after giving my pitch the interview was followed up my answer with a lot of very specific and detailed questions surrounding the company. These follow-up questions included questions surrounding their financial situation, future plans, valuation, and questions surrounding the industry of the company.

Interview
This consisted of applying through the college career portal. Heard back from them through a phone call. Brief phone interview to see how well you talk and vague test of technical knowledge of M&A. Then invited in-person for interview with SVP and analyst. Technical questions and also attention to detail test to look for errors and mistakes on a pitch page.
Interview Questions
Given this page from a pitchbook. Look for as many errors on it as you can. Highlight them and it will be discussed after you complete it. This was an attention to detail test given by the company to anyone who interviews for an internship position.
Given these financials for xyz company, determine the approximate value for the company. This was a series of basic financials for a company over the course of several years. Once you approximate the value you go over it with the analyst who asks you questions.
