Interview
The hiring process took so long to start and to reach an eventual resolution that I nearly forgot that I had even applied. Interviews were remarkably easy. The only technical question I had was "how does PIK flow through the 3 statements?" The seniors are remarkably boring, so be sure you want to be in the trenches with them.
Interview Questions
Before super day, nothing unexpected or truly difficult got asked. I was actually shocked that nobody ever asked me to walk them through a single deal that I had done. At super day, you need to be able to talk through your case study and do some basic bond math. Also be prepared for a brain teaser or two. Your answer doesn't need to be right, but they want to see how you think. Last, you'll be asked why you want to be in Dallas, so just be sure to have something believable to say.

Phone Interview then in person office interview. 2 separate 1 on 1's each lasting about an hour. Discussed the position, my background, a few statistics and probability questions. Very relaxed. The people there are extremely intelligent and to the best of my knowledge were seeking someone with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
Interview Questions
What is delta? What is gamma? Why did you go to a liberal arts school if you knew you wanted to go into finance. A lot was purely based upon your past experiences. I haven't heard back yet which is why i posted that I didn't get an offer.
Probability discussion about a rich Texan that lives by a mountain. The mountain is X dimensions. He has 5 years to live because he has cancer and wants to see the sun. What would you say to him? Very open ended. Not is it doable or not rather what would you say to this man. From what I could calculate in my head I believe the actual task was doable however I said the guy should just move since it was a waste of his last few years.
