Networked with interns and got an email a few days later asking for a phone interview. The interview consisted of a 2 on 1 with current interns. You have you network with current interns if you want an interview.
Interview Questions
Tell me about yourself
Why IB?
How would you define success?
Talk about a recent deal you've been following
Walk me through a DCF
Walk me through how a $10 increase in D&A affects the three statements
Walk me through how a $10 increase in Inventory and AR affect the three statements

Straightforward questions. In the end, they said my "Why IB" question was too generic. I also screwed up the $10 increase in Inventory and AR questions, so I didn't get an offer. They primarily recruit from BYU, so the odds weren't in my favor being from U of U.
