Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One of the MDs, Gordon Ryerson, oversees the entire hiring process. After submitting a resume he will contact you to set up either a phone interview or interview at the office (fully dependent on candidates location). The interview lasted approximately one hour long and consisted of general fit and behavioral questions, a resume walk through, and a rather relaxed discussion- presumably to allow the MD to evaluate the candidates depth of knowledge and analytical abilities. After the interview the MD gave positive feedback and a timeline for a response. He guaranteed that the candidate would be given a response regardless of the outcome of the interview and hiring process.
